On November 20, 2020, the head of the KSU" State Archive of Saran " Aydin Kulzhanbekov held a meeting on the work of the archive with requests from individuals and legal entities.жиналыс  өткізді.

The meeting was held on November 17, 2020 in the Department of archives and documentation of culture of Karaganda region on the topic: "topical issues of the state service" issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts".

Participants of the seminar were archivist Amansarina Moldir Galymzhanovna in archival institutions of Karaganda region, Egov.kz according to the received requests , he noted the shortcomings of the general work of the archive.
      At the same time, the employees of the institution were given extensive explanatory work on the problematic issues that arise in the execution of Appeals of individuals and legal entities in the provision of public services, which were voiced during the seminar.
        Summing up the meeting, the head of the archive, Aydin Kulzhanbekov, noted that behind each request lies the fate of a person, and the availability of public services for the population, its quality execution, transparency of the work carried out are among the main requirements of the state.
