February 8, 2018, KSU "State Archives of the City of Sarani" employees of the department for control of departmental archives held a seminar on the topic: "Drawing up and the formation of the nomenclature of cases."

The seminar was attended by 40 specialists responsible for records management and departmental archives: the State Institution "Saransk Education Department", and kindergartens.

The seminar was held by archivist of the highest category A.Z.Ualibekova and archivist N.V.Morozova

The purpose of the seminar was to familiarize with the list approved by the order No. 263 of the acting Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 29, 2017.

Participants of the seminar decided to exchange experience, regularly hold EC meetings with the participation of archival workers.

In the course of the seminar questions were asked about the work of departmental archives and records management, which were answered by specialists of the department for control over departmental archives.
