06 April 2016 to the Department of culture and languages development of Saran and KSU "State archive of Saran ", a joint methodological seminar
" Translation culture, official document literacy, case study in the state language ". The seminar was attended by history teachers from schools, colleges and universities, museums and libraries.
KSU "State archive of Saran city" agenda the theme of this seminar "Formation of the nomenclature of Affairs." The Seminar was attended by 40 people.
During the seminar with the report "Formation of the nomenclature of Affairs" was made by the Head of Department of formation of the national archival Fund control agencies, KSU "State archive of Saran" Amirhan M. N.
In the course of the seminar covered the following issues:
- the procedure of preparation and registration of the nomenclature of Affairs;
- compilation of the titles of cases, detection and affixing the extreme dates of documents related to the design of the cover;
All those present received from questions received satisfactory answers
The Director of the Department of culture and development of languages of Saran N. T.Tibia presented letter of thanks to M. N. Amirhan,Head of Department of formation of the national archival Fund and monitor agencies for their active participation in the events archive.
