KSU "State archive of Saran city" renders the state service "issue of archival references" in accordance with the Standard of the state service "issue of archival references" to the order of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 17, 2015 No. 138 and regulations of the state service "issue of archival references" approved by the resolution of akimat of Karaganda region from June 23, 2015 No. 34/01
Documents acceptance and issue of results of rendering the state service is carried out through:
1) service provider (public archive);
2) public service center (PSC);
3) web portal of "electronic government" www.e.gov.kz
When contacting the PSC or to an archive user (service recipient) provides:
1) identity document of the applicant or the document certifying powers of the authorized representative;
2) statement (letter) indicating the information that must be verified, as well as IIN(a), postal address, contact telephone number;
3) a copy of the workbook in cases of confirmation, seniority and wages.
Turning to the portal request in the form of electronic document certified by electronic digital signature (EDS). Through the portal in the "personal Cabinet" service recipient displays the status of acceptance of the request to the public service indicating the date of receipt of the result of the public service.When you receive the documents through the PSC to the applicant shall be issued a receipt on submission of relevant documents.
Term of rendering the state services is 11 working days. In cases when providing services it is necessary to study documents of two or more organizations, as well as period more than five years, the term of rendering the state service can be extended by not more than 29 calendar days, as reported by the service recipient within three calendar days from the date of registration of the documents.
The day of delivery of documents to the PSC is not included in the term of the public service. The maximum waiting time for delivery of documents 15 (fifteen) minutes. The maximum allowed time of servicing – 15 (fifteen) minutes.Form of rendering the state service: electronic (or) paper.
Service recipient has possibility of obtaining public services in electronic form through a portal under condition of presence of EDS.
